Plain terms for a small shop.

WHO WE ARE
Downgauge LLC, a Florida limited liability company, document number L26000400847, at 132 Tara Lakes Drive West, Boynton Beach, Florida 33436. "We" means Downgauge LLC. "You" means you.

BUYING
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is made when we accept it and send you a confirmation. We can decline an order — if we are out of stock, if a price is obviously wrong, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do we will not charge you, or we will refund you in full.

PRICES
In US dollars. We can change them at any time, but never after you have ordered. Florida sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

PAYMENT
Taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card number.

THE PRODUCT
The picks are celluloid and the tins are printed iron. Colours on a screen are not exact. Picks wear down with playing — that is what they are for — and normal wear is not a fault.

RETURNS
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

OUR BRAND
Downgauge, the Downgauge mark, and the words and pictures on this site are ours. Please do not use them without asking.

WHAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
We stand behind what we sell. If it is faulty, wrong, or does not arrive, we will fix it. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits anything the law does not allow us to limit.

GOVERNING LAW
Florida.

CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
