Free US shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We are shipping within the United States only at launch.
Orders will usually dispatch within one business day, excluding weekends and federal holidays. USPS Ground Advantage delivery is usually two to five business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
You will receive a tracking number by email when the shipping label is created.
Buying more than one
Free US shipping applies whether you order one tin or more.
Gift orders
Sending a gift? Email robson@downgauge.com with your order number before dispatch to request a packing slip without prices. We do not include invoices in gift parcels.
Returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to return an unopened, unused tin. The buyer pays return postage. We refund the full product price to the original payment method within three business days of receiving the return; your bank may take a few days longer.
Opened tins cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email us a photograph first. We will replace it or refund you in full and cover the applicable postage. Please do not send anything back until we have replied.
The 30-day window starts at delivery, including for gifts. If you bought ahead and need help outside that window, email us.
