When can I order?
We are preparing our first batch for launch. Ordering will open after the stock arrives and has been checked. Sign up on our launch page to hear when it is ready.
I do not play guitar. Is this a suitable gift?
The set is designed to make that choice easier. It contains three thicknesses, four picks of each, so the player can try them without you having to choose a gauge. Personal preferences vary, but the set offers a useful starting selection.
What is in the tin?
Twelve celluloid picks in the standard 351 teardrop shape: four at 0.46 mm (thin), four at 0.71 mm (medium), and four at 0.96 mm (heavy).
How big is the tin?
It is designed to fit a coat pocket or gig bag. We will confirm the final measurements when our first shipment arrives.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes. Choose the quantity you need once ordering opens. Free US shipping applies whether you buy one tin or more.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We are shipping within the United States only at launch. Email us if you are elsewhere and would like to hear about future availability.
How long does delivery take?
Once ordering opens, orders will usually dispatch within one business day, excluding weekends and federal holidays. USPS Ground Advantage delivery is usually two to five business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Email robson@downgauge.com with your order number before dispatch to request a packing slip without prices. We do not include invoices in gift parcels.
What if I need to return it?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unopened and unused, and the buyer pays return postage. For a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, email us first so we can arrange a replacement or refund and cover the applicable postage. See Shipping & Returns for the full details.
