Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order. No minimum, no exceptions.

WHERE WE SHIP
The United States only, for now. If you are elsewhere and want one, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

WHAT IT COSTS
Nothing. Shipping is in the price rather than added at checkout.

HOW IT TRAVELS
USPS Ground Advantage, posted from Boynton Beach, Florida. Usually two to five business days once it is on its way.

WHEN IT LEAVES
We pack orders ourselves. Orders placed before noon Eastern on a business day usually go out the same day, otherwise the next one. No weekends or federal holidays.

TRACKING
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed.

IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE
Give it two days past the estimate — tracking sometimes lags behind the parcel. If it is still missing, email robson@downgauge.com with your order number and we will chase it or send another.

IF THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will email you and send it again once, at no charge.
